About the Role:
- Lead omni channel marketing, PR and promotion plans and execution in line with global brand strategy to drive in-market brand equity and preference
- Build annual marketing plans to support Annual Financial plan goals for India
- Create market specific campaigns and creative assets across all consumer touch points including advertising, digital content, brand website, social media, influencers, PR and other mediums like OOH and on-ground
- Leverage consumer insights and youth culture to implement plans that drive relevance and help Levis be at the centre of culture
- Own advertising budget for India – development and monitoring in partnership with finance. Drive continuous investment optimization across channels and priorities
- Provide actionable inputs and well informed point of view on India opportunities based on deep understanding of consumers, customers and competitors
- Lead quarterly/seasonal reviews and recap/ROI analysis of all marketing initiatives
Team and stakeholders
- Manage and Direct Team of 1 content lead with supporting members to drive brand/digital/ social/website/performance content
- Manage and directly influence all agency ecosystem – creative, PR and media agency partners
- Work closely with and guide India growth/performance marketing team to drive bottom funnel conversion on online platforms
- Work collaboratively with global marketing teams and foster a culture of connected and consistent brand execution
- Cross functional integration with merchandising, design, brand environment, retail, legal and finance to build compelling seasonal briefs and marketing calendar
About you:
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration
- 10 or more years of experience in consumer marketing preferably in FMCG, Fashion Retail, planning roles in creative agencies or D2C E-commerce.
- Experience with managing creative, PR, influencer and media agencies
- Prior team management experience is mandatory
- Manage stakeholders and inclination to work in highly collaborative, cross functional environments
Skills:
- Strong understanding of brands and how to execute brand plans across multiple consumer demand levers
- Creative acumen, pulse on youth culture/arts/music
- Strong knowledge of digital media and content ecosystem
