Who you are:

As an IT Business Analyst III with Frost, you will apply a high level of technical application support experience to complex technology related activities. These task range in levels of considerable difficulty and importance. You will work under the direction of a BA Supervisor or Project Manager, to assist in the definition, design, development, and deployment of related technology projects. In addition, you will provide leadership, guidance, and training to multiple staff members.

What you’ll do: 

• Apply technical application support experience to complex technology related activities

• Coordinate and manage complex technology-oriented projects, including analyzing existing procedures and alternatives, conceiving and designing technical configurations and project plans

• Document business cases and user requirements to establish specifications and scope of work to meet user expectations for functionality

• Provide leadership, guidance, and training to staff, and assist in the cross-training of staff to develop growth opportunities while establishing backup for other applications

• Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you’ll need:

• 5+ years related IT industry experience

• Multi-tasking, self-starter

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Analytical and logical reasoning skills

• Ability to work well in a team environment

• Experience with gathering and documenting requirements

• Experience with developing test plans/scripts

Additional Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or strong understanding of accounting financial processes

• Technical Experience in the Financial Industry

• Experience in use of automated test tools is a plus

• Experience guiding and advising less experience business analysts
