As a Production & Assembly Operator, you will:
Work hands-on with a variety of hand and power tools
Assemble and sub-assemble mission-critical components
Learn high-precision craftsmanship through structured on-the-job training
Play a direct role in building high-quality products that matter
2nd shift hours: Monday - Thursday 5:00PM -3:30AM
1st shift hours: Monday – Thursday | 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Possible OT on Fridays
Starting Pay: $19.90/hr, $2 shift premium for 2nd shift
6-Month Raise: $20.40/hr
12-Month Raise: $21.00/hr

You’ll be great in this role if you:
Have 1+ year of warehouse, assembly, or manufacturing experience (preferred, not required)
Have good mechanical aptitude and dexterity
Can follow written work instructions in English
Enjoy working with your hands and being part of a team
Are detail-oriented, reliable, and motivated
Willing and able to cross-train and rotate tasks
Can stand for long periods and lift 10–50 lbs as needed
Are a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or able to meet government requirements
This is an active, hands-on job that includes standing, bending, lifting, and assembling small components with precision. The facility is clean, temperature-controlled, and team-focused.
