Job Description

Join our dynamic Integrated Solutions and Optimization Team as an Advisor, where you'll play a pivotal role in developing, designing, and implementing strategic solutions for direct response efforts. Your expertise will drive production and logistic performance, ensuring the success of our multi-channel direct marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Direct Response Operations: Oversee production, workflow, and delivery performance. Develop and implement pricing strategies to achieve goals within specified timeframes.

Pricing Analysis and Strategy: Conduct thorough pricing reviews and analysis for costs from external partners. Implement pricing test strategies and identify cost-saving efficiencies.

Logistical Implementation: Manage production and procurement requirements for multi-channel direct response programs, including direct mail, digital, media, and tele-funding.

Project Management: Execute deployment tasks and maximize efficiencies in collaboration with Direct Marketing teams.

Innovation in Workflows: Foster innovation in traffic workflows and mail delivery performance. Produce enhanced reporting visuals to track goals and share results.

Vendor Collaboration: Ensure timely development and execution of MSAs, SOWs, and other agreements with Direct Marketing production and logistics providers.

Inventory Management: Oversee inventory management and sourcing for direct response programs. Collaborate with Supply Chain for premium sourcing and procedures.

Cross-Functional Partnership: Work with Direct Marketing Campaign Development, One-time Giving, and Sustainer Direct Response teams to meet project deadlines and troubleshoot issues.

Special Projects: Lead special projects and contribute to cross-divisional collaboration for integrated solutions and optimization.

Organizational Initiatives: Participate in key organizational initiatives as assigned by the Direct Marketing leadership team.

Qualifications:

  • Expertise in Direct Marketing: In-depth knowledge of direct marketing, fundraising, or marketing practices.
  • Project Management Skills: Proven experience in project management and oversight for direct marketing production and logistics.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and experience in leading workflows and direct response campaign support.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a high-performing, cross-functional environment.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Analytical and Procurement Skills: Strong analytical skills and experience in print procurement and production, especially in a non-profit organization, is a plus.
  • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of project management and traffic tools is preferred.
