The Senior Analyst, Operations plays a critical role in supporting project planning, execution, and operational improvements across multiple business functions. About the team:
The Trust & Safety Incident Management team is dedicated to safeguarding customers, drivers, and the Walmart brand by promptly identifying, assessing, and resolving high-risk incidents within Last Mile Delivery. The team ensures decisions are consistent, aligned with policies, and scalable. Collaborating across functions, they develop operational strategies and tools to enhance processes and outcomes. By leveraging data analysis and business insights, the team drives continuous improvements while maintaining fairness and integrity. Their work supports Walmart’s commitment to delivering reliable, secure, and efficient service experiences for all stakeholders.
What you'll do: - Assist in designing and organizing project plans, timelines, and deliverables to support operational initiatives.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings to analyze, plan, and implement project activities while communicating status and resource availability.
- Develop and improve operational tools, reports, and customer-facing functionality by providing subject matter expertise and business requirements.
- Partner cross-functionally to drive projects, develop scorecards, and implement scalable operational best practices.
- Identify root causes, recommend solutions based on data analysis, and monitor progress to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to support business needs and continuous improvement efforts.
What you'll bring: - Proven experience in operations and project management, including planning, executing, and delivering complex initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to compile, analyze, and interpret data to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Expertise in developing and improving operational tools, reports, and processes to support business growth.
- Ability to identify root causes, recommend solutions, and implement best practices across multiple business functions.

- Proficiency in business and data analysis to support continuous improvement and operational excellence.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
