What you’ll do
- Industry & Solution Expertise: Apply deep understanding of supply chain trends, technologies, and best practices to deliver targeted advisory support and guide customers toward impactful transformation opportunities.
- Strategic Value Articulation: Develop and communicate differentiated value propositions that strengthen Blue Yonder’s competitive position and support the pursuit of large SaaS opportunities.
- Customer Advocacy & Engagement: Demonstrate strong customer ownership by anticipating needs, identifying risks, and ensuring alignment between customer objectives and Blue Yonder’s solution strategy.
- Solution Design & Content Development: Contribute to the creation of innovative solution approaches, strategic narratives, and thought leadership materials that address the operational challenges of global organizations.
- Operational Insight & Advisory: Leverage operational and functional expertise to advise customer stakeholders, ensuring recommendations are grounded in real‑world execution and aligned with executive‑level priorities.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Product, Value Engineering, and Delivery teams to ensure cohesive strategy, unified messaging, and seamless execution across major pursuits.

What we are looking for
- Significant experience in supply chain, consulting, or relevant leadership roles within global organizations.
- Demonstrated success supporting or contributing to large SaaS pursuits (ideally $1M+).
- Strong strategic communication and storytelling capabilities.
- Ability to develop and refine solution concepts that address complex supply chain needs.
- Strong business and operational acumen with a commitment to customer‑centric value delivery.
