Job Description:

• Daily Analysis: Dive into daily traffic, revenue, gross profit, and quality analysis to keep things running smoothly.
• Special Analyses: Prepare and present special analyses for smaller customers to the Sales team.
• Deal Profitability: Track the profitability of all customer deals, report internally on project profitability, and suggest next steps for improvement.
• Pricing Strategy Participation: Provide analytical inputs to support the regional pricing strategy.
• Traffic Analysis: Analyze regional aggregators’ traffic and provide opportunity insights to the Sales team.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams on changes in routes, senders, and regulations, providing valuable business insights and requirement's
• Global Communication: Maintain communication with the Global CA team to ensure high-level information flow, suggest operational and business improvements, and share good practices and use cases from the region.

Qualifications for Business Analyst Intern

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field ( or you are on the final year of your bachelor or master's) 😊
• Advanced skills in written and spoken English language ( any additional language is a plus)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau) is a plus.
• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy.
