Job Summary

Under Supervision, This Position Is Responsible For Establishing And Maintaining Paper Membership Files; Processing New Membership Applications; And Communicating With Group Representatives And Vendors, Area Office, Members And Other Departments.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* High School Diploma or GED.
* 6 months clerical experience.
* Experience recognizing errors and discrepancies in membership processing procedures.
* Knowledge of the Blue Chip and/or Blue Star system.
* Analytical skills.
* Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
* PC proficiency to include Microsoft Word and Excel.

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* 1 year FEP membership experience
* FEP Direct knowledge

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range

$17.75 - $26.17
