Job Description

As Editorial Operations Assistant you will support the Editorial team with the upload of recipes to the HelloFresh website as well as the creation of the HelloFresh recipe cards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and an understanding of digital web management.

They will have the ability to meet tight deadlines and must be able to work collaboratively in a team environment. More than anything else, you understand that the HelloFresh recipes are the most important connection we can have with our consumers, and a successful recipe ensures a truly successful customer experience.

You will…

• Be part of the team that develops recipes for HelloFresh Meal Kits
• Work closely with the Culinary and Product team to make any necessary changes to the digital recipes
• Assist with the entry and upload of recipes and product SKUs to the HelloFresh website
• Conduct weekly audits of the HelloFresh website to ensure the accuracy and appeal of digital menu content
• Work closely with the Editorial and photo studio teams to eliminate digital errors or inconsistencies, if/when product changes are made
• Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting website issues, ensuring swift resolution.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures for digital operations

You have…

• Student in the final part of your degree in either journalism, food studies, or a communications-related field
• A BS degree in Journalism, Communications, Business Administration or a related field
• Experience with G Suite
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Experience working with style guides preferred

• Highly organized with a supreme attention to detail; you’ll triple confirm and cross check until you know beyond a shadow of a doubt that it’s correct!
• Previous experience with content management tools
• A self-starter and truly proactive problem solver, who works relentlessly to execute all steps needed until the problem is resolved
• Able to maintain consistent deadlines while ensuring complete accuracy across all projects and tasks

Start Date: Immediately available - Can wait a notice period

Duration: Permanent full time role. You must have the right to work full-time in Australia.
