As a Senior Platform Analyst, you will drive the efficiency of our 40+ Growth Analysts who rely on our internal tooling. Your primary focus will be on understanding their processes, mapping them out, and identifying opportunities for scaling and standardization across the team.

<title>Your daily adventures will include:</title>

  • <point>Conduct a thorough analysis of platform processes, mapping workflows, and identifying pain points for a comprehensive understanding of Growth Analysts' work and opportunities.</point>
  • <point>Identify and generalize impact opportunities within the platform to drive scalable solutions, streamlining workflows, and improve tools and methodologies for consistency across the team.</point>
  • <point>Collaborate closely with the Product & Experimentation Teams to align on the platform.</point>
  • <point>Strategy, contributing to the design and adoption of scalable solutions and experimentation best practices to drive process improvements.</point>
  • <point>Assist in effort sizing and prioritization to maximize impact and resource allocation.</point>
  • <point>Provide training and support to Growth Analysts on new processes and tools, ensuring smooth adoption and proficiency across the team.</point>
  • <point>Own the coordination of feedback loops between Growth Analysts,  Product platform, and Experimentation teams.</point>
  • <point>Develop and maintain performance-tracking dashboards to monitor the impact of tool adoption, and process improvements, and identify areas for further optimization.</point>
  • <point>Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices, proactively seeking opportunities to enhance our internal processes and tooling to stay ahead of the curve.</point>

<title>About you:</title>

  • <point>Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field</point>
  • <point>Proven experience in platform analysis, campaign management, growth strategy, or related fields</point> 
  • <point>Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights</point>
  • <point>Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally>
  • <point>Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms</point>
  • <point>Experience with reporting and dashboard creation preferred</point>
  • <point>Fluent in English</point>
