As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing the organization and designing its processes and systems. This includes assessing the business model and its integration with technology, evaluating the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and/or business solution. You will research, gather, and synthesize information while being expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions, providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.

• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders.
• Develop process maps and documentation to illustrate current and future state processes.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of business solutions.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders on key milestones.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend innovative solutions.

• Intermediate proficiency in SAP Enterprise Asset Management is required.
• Intermediate proficiency in Business Process Design, Requirements Analysis, Business Model Strategy, and SAP Master Data Governance for EAM is recommended.
