Position Summary...
What you'll do...
Supports assigned projects by:
Manages the execution of small projects or work streams by resolving critical issues, monitoring progress against the plan, escalating concerns as needed, and using scope-change orders to track project adjustments. Responsibilities include managing budgets and expenditures, delivering informational presentations, managing stakeholder expectations, holding both the project team and one accountable for successful project delivery, and developing performance reports.
Supports project planning and implementation by building strong relationships with key stakeholders, preparing responses to project inquiries, and identifying root causes of quality issues, change requests, and project failures. Responsibilities also include defining project requirements, proposing solutions to problems, and identifying and leveraging opportunities for improvement.
Applies up-to-date expertise to develop, execute, and enhance action plans by offering expert advice and guidance on best practices, aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs, and fostering commitment to shared perspectives and rationales.
Supports the implementation of business solutions by building strong partnerships with key stakeholders, identifying business needs, and executing essential processes. Responsibilities include monitoring progress and outcomes, identifying and leveraging opportunities for improvement, and adapting to competing priorities, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.
Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; using the Open Door Policy; and demonstrating and assisting others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00-$110,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
