Who You’ll Work With:

What You’ll Do:

Private Account Management  Investment Management

  • Take charge of managing absolute return-oriented fixed income or multi-asset discretionary accounts (including insurance outsourced mandates, bank proprietary/wealth subsidiary outsourced mandates, enterprise annuities, family trusts, etc.), formulate and execute investment strategies, and hold primary responsibility for portfolio performance, drawdown control and risk management.
  • Dynamically adjust the allocation ratio of major asset classes including equities, fixed income, convertible bonds, and derivatives (e.g., options / treasury bond futures) in accordance with discretionary account agreements and clients’ risk appetite.

Multi-Asset Allocation Strategy Research & Development

  • Construct and optimize the Strategic Asset Allocation (SAA) and Tactical Asset Allocation (TAA) frameworks based on macroeconomics, valuation levels and market sentiment.
  • Adopt models such as risk parity, volatility control and target risk to strike a balance between steady returns and drawdown constraints.

Instrument Research & Trade Execution

  • Collaborate with internal researchers to screen and price underlying assets including A-shares, Hong Kong stocks, bonds, convertible bonds, public and private funds.
  • Place trading orders, monitor trade execution, and respond to market shocks and liquidity constraints.

Client Communication & Discretionary Account Customization

  • Participate in product roadshows and daily client communication, and clearly articulate investment logic, risk-return profiles and performance attribution analysis.
  • Customize personalized investment solutions tailored to different clients’ liability characteristics, tax preferences, ESG constraints and other requirements.

Risk Control & Compliance Management

  • Strictly comply with the Company’s investment decision-making procedures and compliance & risk control regulations, ensuring pre-investment, ongoing and post-investment risk indicators (VaR, duration, concentration ratio, etc.) stay within regulatory limits.

Capable of communicating and collaborating with overseas teams to jointly develop investment tools such as quantitative models, and discuss product strategies with overseas counterparts. Complete other relevant tasks assigned by the managers.

What We’re Looking For:

·  Educational Background

  • Master’s  degree or above in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Financial Engineering or related majors graduated from reputable universities;
  • CFA, FRM, CPA holders are preferred.

·  Professional Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of secondary market investment and research experience, including at least 2 years of track record in independently managing multi-asset portfolios or absolute return discretionary accounts (verifiable performance data required).
  • Experience in managing large-scale discretionary accounts with AUM over RMB 1 billion or bank outsourced mandates.
  • Candidates with background in insurance asset management, securities firm asset management, bank wealth subsidiaries, or public fund discretionary account business are preferred.

·  Professional Competencies

  • Proficient in mainstream domestic and overseas multi-asset strategies (e.g., bond-heavy hybrid, target risk, risk parity, Fixed Income Plus, etc.).
  • Familiar with the hedging and return-enhancement applications of derivatives (stock index futures, options, Snowball structured products, etc.) in portfolio management.
  • In-depth understanding of major asset rotation, macro hedging and tail risk management.

·  Others

  • Sound absolute return mindset, strong awareness of drawdown control, and stable psychological quality.
  • Excellent communication skills and client service awareness, able to withstand dual pressure from performance assessment and business development.
  • No negative performance records or illegal investment conduct.
  • No employment silent period restriction
