What you will do:

As SAP-Production Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex IT systems and strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives. Works closely with stakeholders to understand needs and develops solutions that meet business requirements that are scalable, secure, and cost-effective.

How you will do it:

• Responsible for spearheading holistic engagement of SAP COE team with APAC IT business counterparts.
• Work with business process owners and local APAC IT leadership to harmonize and consolidate the business processes and supporting applications.
• Ensure effective liaisoning with business stakeholders in the region as well as to ensure coordination of technical work with global delivery team.
• Design, analyze & estimate of business-driven projects, coordinating project planning & demand management efforts with IT Business Partners
• Develop Project Plans, Resource plans, Estimates, review with business and leadership, optimize and provide the finalized, detailed estimates to business for project execution.
• To manage SAP Project delivery in APAC region.
• Lead the Solution design & integration workshops for APAC BU processes, especially in major projects with other value stream leaders to ensure that cross value stream integration requirements are implemented in the overall design of end-to-end business processes.
• Support the design and maintenance of SAP Solution Template according to business requirements, ensuring delivery of solution based on best practices and ensure its continued governance.
• Ensure adherence to SAP solution architecture design governance processes. Responsible for design, build & test, and maintaining accurate documentation throughout the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) process for the projects executed in APAC
• Work with and manage cross-functional teams to develop SAP solutions in reporting requirements, functionality, and security.
• Guide and work closely with the SAP DevOps teams (Application Maintenance Services) team for the regional SAP Support needs, configuration and code changes.

What we look for:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP implementation processes.
• Demonstrated expertise in at least on of these SAP modules: FI/CO, OTC, PTF, PTP, RTR or PS  and good understanding of the typical business processes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into functional specifications.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects within a global enterprise.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English and Mandarin as this position will require to communicate with Mandarin speaking stakeholders, clients and vendors
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a focus on meeting project deadlines.
• Previous experience in a multinational corporation is highly preferred.
