Position Summary
We’re hiring a weekend Value Stream Supervisor who sees leadership as a responsibility, not a title. This role is for people who want real ownership of results, real influence over culture, and real accountability for safety, quality, and performance.Job Description
Lead by example in professionalism, punctuality, integrity, and work ethic
Create and maintain a respectful, inclusive, and safe work environment
Communicate expectations clearly and consistently
Maintain professional boundaries; no gossip, favoritism, or sharing of private information
Escalate critical issues promptly while resolving what’s within your control
Operational Ownership & Accountability
Own production results for output, quality, and efficiency within your area
Monitor performance and provide timely, direct feedback
Resolve day-to-day operational issues independently
Implement corrective actions and anticipate problems before they disrupt operations
Enforce all safety policies and procedures without exception
Immediately address and report unsafe practices or conditions
Lead root cause corrective actions for safety incidents within seven business days
Ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and legal requirements
Monitor quality performance and lead weekly RCCA to reduce defects and rework
Identify inefficiencies and collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering and team members
Encourage employee involvement in improvement initiatives
Deliver at least one actionable improvement idea per quarter
Coach, mentor, and develop employees to improve performance
Recognize strong performance and address concerns promptly and constructively
Conduct monthly one-on-ones with Group Leaders to drive growth and accountability
Participate actively in required meetings and shift handoffs
Provide accurate, timely reporting on staffing, production, and performance metrics
Communicate risks, constraints, and resource needs proactively
This role operates on a weekend shift and includes responsible use of a flex schedule.
General shift expectations are Fri-Sun 6am-6pm.
