Our Regional and Agribusiness banking team (RAB) are passionately committed to supporting businesses across Australia and helping to build and enhance the financial well-being of our regional communities.

You’ll be managing a range of commercial clients, spanning across diversified specialisations, providing full Banking solutions for customers across Wagga and surrounding areas.

We work flexibly to balance the needs of the client, team and home-life. This team works between the office, client sites and remotely.  
 

The successful applicant will be supported by a highly capable and experienced team of Analysts, Account Managers and fellow Relationship Executives.
 

More specifically, you will:

·         Work closely with clients, build strong relationships and gain an in-depth understanding of their individual needs, retaining their current business while identifying new opportunities;

·         Collaborate with product specialists to deliver a broad range of financial solutions;

·         Drive strategy and deal execution, structuring and negotiation of financial solutions, while owning proactive risk management responsibilities.  
 

We’re interested in hearing from people who:

·         Pride themselves in building client relationships through excellent service and driving new business;

·         Are highly skilled in leading deal execution including origination, structuring, and negation of complex solutions;

·         Thrive in collaborative environments to deliver a broad range of financial solutions.

·         Are comfortable in financial analysis and credit decisioning, understanding the drivers of cash-flow.
