What you will do: 

• Provide administrative support Cardiovascular & Inflammation Franchises (sales, marketing, and medical) and Commercial Insight Team to ensure tasks completion and compliant to Amgen policies and SOPs 

• Responsible for procure-to-pay function for the assigned teams 

• Track expenses for the assigned teams against budget 

• Assist with project development and planning to ensure efficient execution and organization 

• Assist commercial teams in implementation of activities and key events

What we expect of you: 

• At least 3 years of experience in an administrative support role supporting marketing and sales function 

• Pharmaceutical industry experience will be advantageous 

• Experience in event management support and related logistical arrangement 

• Experience in vendor management 

• Proficiency in written, verbal, and presentation skills in English 

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word 

• Highly competent in organizational and interpersonal skills 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment 

• Possess discretion in dealing with proprietary information 

• 1-year contract with potential for renewal or conversion to full-time employee
