As a Workplace Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the smooth operation of the office environment. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace, while ensuring excellent customer service and seamless internal communications. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks, from handling correspondence to supporting HR operations. You will also take ownership of office resources, inventory, and facilities management, while coordinating office activities to enhance productivity and workplace culture.
What You’ll Do
Oversee and maintain office space and facilities, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
Oversees daily support activities.
Ensures completion of all administrative tasks
Handle incoming email and phone inquiries at reception, providing excellent customer service and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
Manage office correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate distribution and responses.
Maintain and update data in spreadsheets and reports, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of information.
Oversee the inventory of office equipment, furniture, and supplies, ensuring timely replenishment and maintenance of office resources.
Assist with various administrative tasks and HR operations, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
Coordinate and oversee all office activities, including meetings, events, and other administrative functions to ensure smooth operations.
Perform other related duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to support the team and office needs.
Manages a team of administrative officers, training and developing them to enhance performance.
Identifies key areas of improvement, plans administrative processes, establishes guidelines, and implements protocols
Tracks team performance and ensures quality of work is within acceptable levels
Who You Are
Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in any field preferred.
At least 7 years of office administration experience.
Strong English language skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset.
High sense of responsibility and proactive problem-solving skills.
