Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to lead a cross‑functional engineering team responsible for the architecture, design, and delivery of next‑generation OTC derivatives workflows across the Charles River platform. The candidate will be part of a global engineering team that will span APAC, EMEA and North America. The candidate will work closely with SMEs, Product Managers, and their own team in an agile environment to deliver a marketleading fronttoback OTC derivatives solution with an added responsibility for ensuring that complex OTC workflows are expressed through intuitive, consistent, and scalable user interfaces.
Why This Role Is Important
Charles River Development (CRD), acquired by State Street in 2018, delivers enterprise investment management solutions to the world’s largest asset managers, hedge funds, and wealth platforms.
CRD powers State Street Alpha, the industry’s first open fronttoback platform launched in 2019.
As OTC Derivatives become more complex and workflows evolve, this role is key to delivering the next generation of intuitive, scalable, cloudnative UIs that support pricing, risk, lifecycle management, and trade capture for derivatives instruments.
