Carrier Rental Systems, part of the global Carrier Corporation, is one of the UK and Ireland’s leading suppliers of rental temperature control equipment. We're on the lookout for a dynamic National Account Manager to drive client relationships and manage key accounts.

What You’ll Do:

As a National Account Manager, your focus will be on strategic client engagement and revenue growth through strong relationship building and account management. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and nurturing long-term, value-driven relationships with key customers

• Leading account management and retention strategies

• Negotiating contracts and service-level agreements (SLAs)

• Analyzing bid opportunities, preparing proposals, and leading negotiations to secure new business

• Identifying new business opportunities and aligning customer needs with tailored solutions

• Collaborating with depot teams and internal Service Centre colleagues to deliver exceptional service

• Expanding product and application knowledge through ongoing personal development

• Maintaining accurate CRM records and contributing to data-driven decision-making

• Managing commercial terms to ensure project profitability

• Raising awareness of Carrier Rental Systems and our partner companies

• Reporting on customer activity, including enquiries, hires, and sales

What You’ll Need:

• Proven experience in sales or account management, in the plant hire industry (ideally HVAC division).

• A full UK driving license

• Proficiency in MS Office tools

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• A customer-centric approach and results-driven mindset
