We are looking for a talented and hands-on marketing communications practitioner who is interested to join our dynamic, high performance global team as Marketing Communications Specialist. 


You will be empowered to influence and help shape the overall Business Unit (BU) Transformers Marketing and Communications activities. You will need to have the energy and the aptitude to work in an international capacity and with deep understanding overall energy landscape. 


You must be comfortable to work with various stakeholders and manage content, ready to work on both strategic and operational tasks to ensure success. We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude, tenacious and seasoned marketing communications professional who can effectively manage multiple critical projects.

Your responsibilities:

  • You will create presentations, infographics, graphics and other communications content according to brand guidelines.

  • You will be creating marketing and communications assets, writing and designing content like brochures, social media posts, videos and other marketing materials (flyers, videos, apps).

  • You will keep up to date external and internal webpages, update and maintain marketing materials in shared drive, intranet and external web, as required.

  • You will align with the social media team to follow the plans for social media posting and prepare organizational announcements, update organizational charts and maintain distribution groups.

  • You will drive and support brand migration activities and support key events/exhibitions.

  • You will compile monthly reports, newsletters and create and manage other ad hoc reports, include web analytics.

  • You will supervise day-to-day implementation of content plans, oversee quality and efficient processes are in place, measure effectiveness.

  • You will manage stakeholders and ensure that deadlines and deliverables are met by those involved in the projects.

Your background:

  • You hold university bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or communications.

  • 2+ or more of relevant experience gained within an international B2B environment.

  • Experience in cross functional communication skills (i.e internal, external, media, digital, marketing communications).

  • Strategic, analytical, and creative thinking combined with hands-on approach to translate plans to actions and monitor the report on progress.

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaborate with remote global team.

  • Proactive, result-oriented with strong networking and communications skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

  • Business knowledge in power/industrial technology an advantage.

  • Hands-on creative skills for developing assets (PowerPoint presentations, visual materials).

  • Knowledge of using Adobe applications for layout work is advantageous.

  • Fluent English speaker with strong writing skills and high levels of attention to detail.
