The Finance Analyst ensures that Code and Theory makes sound financial decisions. In this role, your work, whether it’s monthly financial analysis or reconciliation, is used by our leaders to make strategic company decisions. Excellent at working on multiple projects at a time, you are focused on the details while finding creative ways to address big picture challenges.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Work with FP&A Manager on various financial reporting tasks for the parent company.
• Support budgeting and forecasting process by collecting information from subsidiaries and uploading it to the corporate reporting system.
• Collaborate with the accounting team and reconcile various revenue and expense items for the month-end close process.
• Collaborate with subsidiaries and manage intercompany transactions.
• Provide detailed analysis regarding financial statements; P&L, balance sheet and cash flow flux analysis.
• Provide trend analysis regarding top revenue clients and its profitability.
• Prepare quarterly board meeting materials, outlining not only financial outlook but future business strategy.

 

ESSENTIALS

• FP&A, Accounting or Corporate Finance background
• B.S. in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Ability to manage multiple complex priorities independently
• Ability to collaborate with teams
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills with excellent business judgment
