What is the role?

As part of our Hospitality Sales team, your role will focus on driving new, upgraded and additional sales, playing an important role in our growth and success.

Handling both inbound and outbound calls will be a key part of your responsibilities, as well as representing the club on home matchdays and at other events in the local community.

What will you be doing?

A core part of your day-to-day will involve proactively reaching out to potential clients, building strong relationships and recognising sales and upsell opportunities to help maximise revenue.

As a hands-on contributor, you’ll assist with organising match day activities and help set up events to ensure seamless customer experiences. Continuously explore new methods of selling and develop a local network to access exclusive events and experiences for clients. You’ll efficiently manage customer information using our CRM system, ensuring data is accurate and up to date.

A positive attitude and can-do mindset are vital, as you will represent the club on match days, ensuring customers feel welcomed and valued. You’ll be the face of hospitality for the club, engaging with clients in a way that makes their experience memorable, both on match days and at special club events, while working diligently to meet and exceed monthly KPIs and targets.
