DESCRIPTION:
As General Manager and Site Leader, you will guide strategic growth and operational excellence at our facility. This leadership role combines P&L oversight with responsibility for safety, quality, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction. You will develop and execute site strategies, optimize manufacturing operations, and encourage innovation while ensuring regulatory compliance. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll build strong customer relationships and lead continuous improvement initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to create meaningful impact by delivering solutions that help our customers make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical/life sciences manufacturing or related regulated industry
• Preferred Fields of Study: Engineering, Science, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field
• Demonstrated P&L management experience with track record of delivering growth and profitability
• Extensive experience leading operations in FDA/GMP regulated environments
• Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities to develop 3-5 year growth strategies
• Proven ability to build and develop high-performing, collaborative teams
• Experience managing customer relationships and partnerships at executive level
• Successfully implemented change management and operational excellence initiatives
• Strong business insight with ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate in matrix environment
• Ability to ensure regulatory compliance and maintain quality standards
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
• Innovation-focused approach to problem-solving
• Proficiency in relevant business systems and software
• Ability to travel up to 25-30% domestically and internationally
