Salary £24,322.20 DOE per annum

About the Role:

As a Project Coordinator you will be working in our social housing background, providing a stable and profitable contract, delivering excellent service and support through our local teams, who understand the importance of working together for the local community.

As a Project Coordinator you will be part of a local team supporting high standard Project Coordination for Planned Work activities to Housing properties, delivering best in class customer service, and satisfying all safety, quality and cost control standards.

  • Booking appointments for inspections and works with residents and 3rd party contactors.
  • Attending inspections in occupied properties with the Supervisors
  • Dealing with Customer Complaints over the phone and emails
  • Collocation of completion paperwork, getting all paperwork from 3rd party contractors.
  • Admin duties, updating spreadsheets, scanning documentation, answering phones and emails.

Role Criteria:

  • Worked within a similar role
  • IT Literate
  • Good Written and Verbal communication
  • Can Prioritise workload
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • Customer Service experience
