DESCRIPTION:
Join our marketing team at Thermo Fisher Scientific where you'll create impactful campaigns that help make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. As a Marketing Specialist, you'll collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives across multiple channels, from digital campaigns to events and tradeshows. You'll help create engaging content, manage marketing projects, analyze campaign performance, and ensure brand consistency while supporting lead generation and revenue growth. This role offers excellent opportunities to develop your marketing expertise while contributing to meaningful scientific advancement across healthcare, environmental protection, and various manufacturing sectors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for both Singapore and Thailand for the filtration & separation division.
• Execute global and regional campaigns adapted to local markets
• Drive demand generation across digital, field, event, and channel marketing
• Partnership with Sales to manage leads
• Track campaign KPIs and continuously optimize performance
• Support New Product Introductions and launch readiness
• Develop marketing assets and messaging
• Gather market insights and share feedback with regional/global teams
• Collaborate with internal functions to handle operational tasks

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Preferred Fields of Study: Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
• Filtration marketing in Bioprocessing or Industrial experience preferred
• 1+ year of strong digital marketing skills including experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and social media management
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills valued
• Experience with creative tools and content management systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven organizational and time management capabilities
• Collaborative mindset with ability to work cross-functionally
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to team goals
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities
