The Textile Business Analyst will be a primary business partner for Regional Sales Leaders and assigned regional sales associates; Conducts analysis, prepares reports, understands and communicates regional trends to support company’s develops customer-facing pricing materials to support BU’s profitable growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities include:
Assist in gathering, cleaning, and analyzing data to support business decisions across sales, finance, and operations.
Support the development and maintenance of reports and dashboards that provide insights into business performance.
Collaborate with senior analysts and business leaders to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Participate in cross-functional projects that may include pricing analysis, customer segmentation, or competitive benchmarking.
Help document business processes and identify opportunities for automation or efficiency improvements.
Support the creation of customer-facing materials, such as pricing proposals or product comparisons.
Learn and apply tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Salesforce to support day-to-day tasks and long-term projects.
Take initiative to explore new tools, techniques, and business areas to expand your analytical skillset.
Key Qualifications include:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong interest in data analysis, business strategy, and continuous learning.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, charts).
Exposure to or interest in learning BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Excellent communication skills – able to clearly present findings and ask thoughtful questions.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
A collaborative mindset and willingness to take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
