Summary:
As a User Experience Designer, a typical day involves deeply understanding the behaviors and requirements of target users by observing and analyzing how they interact with various systems and complete their tasks. This role focuses on crafting seamless and efficient experiences that align with user needs, ensuring that every interaction is intuitive and satisfying. The designer collaborates with different stakeholders to refine workflows and enhance usability, continuously iterating on solutions to deliver an optimized and engaging user journey.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead design reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure quality and consistency.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to align design goals with project objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Visual Design.
- Strong skills in user interface design principles and best practices.
- Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design approaches.
- Excellent visual communication skills to effectively convey design concepts.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Visual Design.
- This position is based at our Indore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
