Job Description Summary:

This position provides intensive post-graduate pharmacy training and experience to prepare pharmacists to practice in various pharmaceutical care settings.

Responsibilities And Duties:

20%
Meets residency objectives and demonstrates competency in drug information.
20%
Meets residency objectives and demonstrates competency in ambulatory patient care.
20%
Meets residency objectives and demonstrates competency in acute patient care.
20%
Meets residency objectives and demonstrates competency in practice management.
15%
Manages and completes projects as assigned. Follows guidelines and meets deadlines. Conducts independent research and prepares written results.
5%
Provides pharmaceutical care to patients in a staffing capacity.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree (Required)

Additional Job Description:

BS or PharmD degree from accredited school of pharmacy. Registered pharmacist or eligible for registry in the State of Ohio. Excellent time management skills; Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once.
