Job Description:

ABOUT THIS ROLE

Our MS365 support specialist assist with production and project support for one of our large clients. The ideal candidate will support business units or support functions for customer M365 environment including Exchange, SharePoint, intelligent collaboration . They will work in a collaborative onshore and offshore team.

WHAT YOU’ WILL DO:

  • Administration and Management:
    • Create and manage user accounts and groups, assign licenses and permissions.
    • Set up and manage mailboxes in Exchange Online.
    • Implement and manage security and compliance policies.
  • Monitoring and Maintenance:
    • Monitor the performance and availability of Microsoft 365 services.
  • Automation and Optimization:
    • Develop PowerShell scripts to automate repetitive tasks.
  • Support and Training:
    • Provide support to users and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365.
    • Document procedures and user guides.
  • Integration and Development:
    • Integrate Microsoft 365 with other business apps and services.
    • Participate in Microsoft 365 service deployment and migration projects.

WHO YOU ARE

  • 3+ years of experience on Microsoft/Office 365 support
  • Microsoft certifications preferred
  • Microsoft 365 management:
    • Tenants configuration and management.
    • Manage users and groups in Microsoft 365.
    • Supervision and administration of licenses.
  • Microsoft 365 services:
    • Exchange Online administration: mailbox management, retention policies, and transport rules.
    • SharePoint Online administration: site settings, permissions, and access policies.
    • Teams administration: Create and manage groups, channels, messaging and collaboration policies.
    • OneDrive for Business administration: Setting up and managing cloud storage.
  • Security and Compliance:
    • Configure security and compliance policies in Microsoft 365.
    • Identity and Access Management: implementation of MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication), Azure AD Conditional Access, and role management.
    • Security incident monitoring and response.
  • Related Tools and Technologies:
    • Use of PowerShell for task automation and management.
    • Basic knowledge of Azure AD.
    • Mobile device integration and management (MDM) with Intune.
  • Support and Troubleshooting:
    • Troubleshooting issues related to Microsoft 365.
    • End-user support and training in the use of Microsoft 365 tools.
    • Connectivity and synchronization analysis and troubleshooting.
