Job Description:

岗位职责:

  • 负责所辖区域重点客户重点客户年度合同谈判及销售管理工作;
  • 在公司销售策略指导下,制定适应客户发展的合作方案,监督、跟进方案的实施与进展,且对执行结果负责;
  • 负责所辖区域的新生意机会的开发工作,并通过持续的过程管理跟踪并完成公司各项KPI,推动区域内生意健康可持续发展;
  • 通过数据分析,结合市场走访调研,以Sellout管理驱动生意持续增长;
  • 深入了解并掌握市场动态信息,根据竞争信息做出有效的零售投资策略方案;
  • 负责所管理客户的门店拜访和日常执行工作。

任职要求:

教育程度:

  • 大学本科或以上学历

经验和技能:

  • 有3年以上外企零售管理工作经验优先;
  • 快速学习能力/数据思维及数据分析能力/良好的沟通协调能力/自驱力/责任心/韧性和抗压能力;
  • 能适应出差并服从公司安排;
  • 熟练使用word,excel,PPT等办公软件;
  • 良好的英文读写能力。
