Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP BW/4HANA & Native HANA AMS Support Consultant to join our Application Management Support (AMS) team. The candidate will be responsible for production support, incident resolution, enhancements, and performance optimization across SAP BW/4HANA, Native HANA (WebIDE-based development), Jenkins-based deployments, SAC reporting, and AFO reporting integrated with Fiori tiles.

Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP BW/4HANA and Native HANA environments.
Monitor and troubleshoot process chains, data loads, and delta failures.
Handle incident tickets, service requests, and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
Develop and maintain:
o BW-ABAP routines (Start, End, Field routines)
o HANA CVs, Synonyms, Table Functions and other BW4HANA objects like ADSO, Composite providers and others
Support and enhance:
o SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) dashboards and stories
o Analysis for Office (AFO) reports
Support AFO reports triggered via SAP Fiori tiles, including:
o Fiori tile configuration
o Launchpad integration
o Troubleshooting report execution issues
Perform code corrections, performance tuning, and optimization in BW and HANA models.
Manage transport and deployment activities using Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
Coordinate with functional and business teams for clarifications and enhancements.
Ensure SLA compliance and maintain support documentation.
Participate in on-call rotation for critical production incidents.

Required Skills & Experience
Primary Skills
Strong hands-on experience in SAP BW/4HANA.
Experience in Native SAP HANA development (WebIDE / BAS).
Proven experience in AMS / Production Support projects.
Strong understanding of:
o ADSOs, Composite Providers, InfoObjects
o Process Chains & Data Load Monitoring
o Error handling & performance tuning
Experience in:
o SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) reporting support
o Analysis for Office (AFO) reporting
o AFO reports triggered via SAP Fiori tiles
Experience with Jenkins-based deployment pipelines.
Intermediate knowledge of ABAP:
o BW-ABAP routines
o Table Functions
o Debugging skills
Good to Have
Experience in AMDP (ABAP Managed Database Procedures).
Knowledge of CDS Views.
Experience with SAP Fiori Launchpad configuration and tile setup.
Exposure to security roles related to Fiori and BW.
Knowledge of ITIL processes.

Experience Required
4–8 years of overall SAP experience.
Minimum 3+ years in SAP BW/4HANA.
At least 2 years in AMS / Production Support environment.
