About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Salesforce Experience Cloud Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, including extensive expertise in configuring, customizing, and managing Salesforce Experience Cloud (formerly known as Community Cloud). This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, designing solutions, and implementing and optimizing community sites to enhance user engagement and drive business results.

Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years of experience in web development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as proven expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud development, including Apex, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components
  • 5+ years of experience in the Aura and LWR runtimes
  • Experience with platform security capabilities (TLS, SSL) as well as LWS, CSP, and CORS and conduct regular security audits and implement necessary changes to maintain data privacy and protection.
  • Strong knowledge of object-oriented analysis and design and database design
  • 5+ years of experience in design and developing enterprise Integration solutions using standard, SOAP and RESTFUL Services
  • 5+ years of experience in working with Visual Studio code and source version control tool like Git.
  • Integrate Experience Cloud with other Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and third-party applications to streamline business processes.
  • Salesforce certifications - Administrator, Developer, Advanced Developer, Architect (Nice to have)
  • Experience with GitHub. CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Stay current on Salesforce platform updates, features, and best practices.
  • Implement industry best practices for Salesforce development and design.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
