Are you a seasoned SOX professional with strong IT controls experience? Do you enjoy working with senior stakeholders and auditors in a global environment?

Join our Global Information Security (GIS) team as a SOX Compliance Lead and take ownership of the IT General Controls (ITGC) landscape across Corporate IT.

This is a highly visible, impact-driven role where you will act as the primary SOX IT controls contact, ensuring controls are well-designed, effectively executed, and continuously improved.

Key responsibilities:

GIS Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Compliance Lead

  • Act as the main SOX IT controls point of contact for Corporate IT (CIT)

  • Lead and coordinate the global SOX ITGC program

  • Partner with internal and external auditors

  • Review testing results, assess risks, and drive remediation of control gaps

  • Support control design and continuous improvement

  • Review third-party SOC1 reports and provide executive-level visibility on compliance status

  • Serve as a trusted advisor on ITGC, cybersecurity controls, and regulatory risk.

CIT Policy Administrator / Management

  • Act as primary point of reference for GIS policies and standards

  • Coordinate policy creation, updates, and publication in UniPAL

  • Ensure documentation quality, consistency, and compliance with corporate standards

  • Monitor annual policy reviews and report status to leadership

You will be successful in this role if you have:

· 10+ years of SOX / IT General Controls experience (Big4 or internal audit background preferred)

· Strong knowledge of SOX, COSO, PCAOB standards, and cybersecurity controls

· Experience working closely with auditors and senior leadership

· Cloud experience (MS Azure preferred); ERP knowledge is a plus

· Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

· Ability to work with significant US Eastern Time overlap

· Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CIA, or CRISC are advantageous.
