What you will do
The Contracts and Pricing Strategy Manager - Oncology Business Unit (OBU) is a vital member of the U.S. Value & Access organization, responsible for developing and executing pricing and payer coverage contracting strategies to achieve OBU’s objectives for both in-line and pipeline assets. This role involves conducting comprehensive quantitative and qualitative analyses, partnering with finance to evaluate the impact of contracting strategies on sales volume, discount rates, and long-term planning. By synthesizing cross-functional data, the Pricing Manager supports scenario planning and generates actionable customer insights to inform decision-making.
In this dynamic environment, the OBU Pricing Manager collaborates with Market Access and contracting teams to negotiate coverage and pricing agreements while engaging extensively with stakeholders across Value Strategy & Marketing, Patient Access, Data & Analytics, Sales, Brand Marketing, Government Affairs, Trade & Distribution, Finance, and Legal. The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
