Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. Daily activities also involve utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across various components. Collaboration with different teams to monitor system health and address any operational challenges is an integral part of the workday.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain up-to-date knowledge bases for reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Murex Front Office Finance.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Murex Back Office Workflows.
- Strong understanding of application configuration and release management processes.
- Familiarity with using APIs and low-code platforms to customize and extend packaged applications.
- Ability to analyze system performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues in a timely manner.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Murex Front Office Finance.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
