Martin North Hospital’s 5NE Telemetry Unit is a fast-paced unit with dedicated caregivers, many of which have been here for more than five years. As an Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM), you will provide clinical supervision and coordinate unit clinical operations with other departmental disciplines under the direction of the Nurse Manager. Your primary duties include, but are not limited to:
Providing efficient and effective patient care.
Facilitating unit communication and collaboration.
Ensuring the continuity of patient care information.
Providing ongoing clinical evaluations of caregivers.
Assuming responsibility of the Nurse Manager in their absence.
