About the Role

Responsible forestablishing effective customer strategies management function and assisting the COO in balanced scorecard management, organization alignment, strategy reviews, strategic planning, strategy communication, initiatives and programs management, planning and budgeting, workforce alignment, best practice sharing, operational risks management, audit issues monitoring, and regulatory reporting/coordination.

  • Assists the COO in effective strategy execution; assists in communicating corporate strategy; ensuring that enterprise-level plans are translated into the plans of the various units and departments; executing strategic initiatives assigned by the COO.

  • The office of customer strategy management is the central point for coordinating all the tasks and initiatives under the office of the COO; includes facilitation/monitoring to ensure that strategy execution gets accomplished in an integrated fashion across the enterprise.

  • The head is involved in managing the scorecard, aligning the organization to ensure there are no opposing metrics and manage synchronized initiatives in pursuit of the agreed goals.  The head is responsible for setting the agenda for monthly or more frequent strategy and/or initiative reviews and reviewing the cadence of the agreed strategies.  The head will assist the COO in determining the various action plans as identified by responsible units are carried out and realizing expected/agreed results.

  • The head will ensure all reporting requirements to the Group are completed and submitted on time.  The head ensures operational risks are managed well and escalates identified open items for resolution.  The head coordinates all regulatory requirements and ensures compliance of all the heads and their respective units under the office of the  COO.
