ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Fixed Income FIG Sales Director is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic client relationships, leading complex fixed income transactions, and overseeing regional sales initiatives, with a specific focus on financial institutions customers (banks, credit unions, insurance companies, money mangers and funds). Directors serve as trusted advisors to institutional clients, leveraging deep market expertise to deliver innovative solutions and actionable insights. This position requires exceptional leadership, advanced sales acumen, and the ability to mentor high-performing teams while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
