Position Summary You will provide scientific medical support in oncology across the Philippines. You will build trusted relationships with oncology specialists and healthcare teams. Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Build and maintain trusted scientific relationships with oncologists and multidisciplinary healthcare teams. - Respond to non-promotional medical information requests with accurate, balanced and clear explanations of clinical evidence. - Collect and share clinical insights from the field to inform medical strategy and research priorities. - Support clinical development activities, including identification and engagement of potential clinical trial sites and investigator-initiated studies. - Represent the medical team at scientific meetings, conferences, and local events. - Work closely with cross-functional partners to align medical, clinical and commercial activities around patient needs. Why You? Working model - This role is field-based with a hybrid working model. Expect a mix of remote work and in-person meetings. - Frequent travel across the Philippines is required (up to 60%). - You must be based in the Philippines. Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals - Advanced degree in a relevant scientific or healthcare field (MD, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent). - Minimum 2 years’ experience in medical affairs, clinical practice, clinical research, or related roles with demonstrated scientific communication skills. - Strong written and spoken English. Fluent Filipino/Tagalog or other local language skills are an advantage. - Proven ability to present complex clinical data clearly to diverse audiences. - Valid Philippines driver’s license and readiness for regular travel. - Ability to work independently, manage a territory, and build trusted professional relationships. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus - Prior experience in oncology or hematology medical affairs roles. - Experience supporting clinical trials or real-world evidence studies. - Familiarity with local healthcare systems, clinical practice patterns, and access pathways. - Experience running medical education, advisory boards, or investigator engagement activities. - Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and presentation skills. - Understanding of medical compliance standards for exchange of scientific information.
