These responsibilities include some of the following: - Build and maintain trusted scientific relationships with oncologists and multidisciplinary healthcare teams. - Respond to non-promotional medical information requests with accurate, balanced and clear explanations of clinical evidence. - Collect and share clinical insights from the field to inform medical strategy and research priorities. - Support clinical development activities, including identification and engagement of potential clinical trial sites and investigator-initiated studies. - Represent the medical team at scientific meetings, conferences, and local events. - Work closely with cross-functional partners to align medical, clinical and commercial activities around patient needs. Why You? Working model - This role is field-based with a hybrid working model. Expect a mix of remote work and in-person meetings. - Frequent travel across the Philippines is required (up to 60%). - You must be based in the Philippines. Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals - Advanced degree in a relevant scientific or healthcare field (MD, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent). - Minimum 2 years’ experience in medical affairs, clinical practice, clinical research, or related roles with demonstrated scientific communication skills. - Strong written and spoken English. Fluent Filipino/Tagalog or other local language skills are an advantage. - Proven ability to present complex clinical data clearly to diverse audiences. - Valid Philippines driver’s license and readiness for regular travel. - Ability to work independently, manage a territory, and build trusted professional relationships. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus - Prior experience in oncology or hematology medical affairs roles. - Experience supporting clinical trials or real-world evidence studies. - Familiarity with local healthcare systems, clinical practice patterns, and access pathways. - Experience running medical education, advisory boards, or investigator engagement activities. - Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and presentation skills. - Understanding of medical compliance standards for exchange of scientific information.
