What you'll do...

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented, Operations, to lead our day-to-day marketing enablement initiatives and other critical tasks. As a Manager, Operations, your role will be pivotal in deploying impactful comms campaigns, organizing all documents in Airtable, providing tactical support for various events and campaigns.  You will be reporting into the Sr. Manager of Marketing Enablement & Driver Engagement. This position is crucial in ensuring that our communications are executed smoothly and that our operations are supported with precision.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder management: work with several stakeholders simultaneously to organize a calendar of comms campaigns.
• Deploy communications for the entire Spark Driver platform, ensuring 100% accuracy in deployment.
• Analyze, collect, and report campaign metrics (open rate, click-through, etc.)
• Support the team with ad-hoc projects as needed.
• Maintain and organize comms requests on Airtable database.

Skills and qualifications

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with data analysis and using insights to driver decision making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• 3+ years of Marketing Enablement or Marketing Ops preferred

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
