Scope of Position:

The High Reliability Organization (HRO) Training Coordinator will assists in providing program coordination and program analyses for learning efforts within the HRO workstream.

Position Summary:  

The Specialist is accountable for executing program logistics and analyses including but not limited to: scheduling, preparing materials, supply management, program enrollment, communications with trainers, participants and managers, and monitoring enrollment, completion and other data to identify trends and/or gaps, and provide insights on results to drive organizational outcomes. This individual will possess  strong interpersonal and organizational skills, attention to detail, passion for quality and safety improvements, innovative mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and teams across all departments. This role will sit within the HRO team and have connection and support thru the HR Talent and Organization Performance team.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Training, Education or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience preferably in coordinating events, trainings, and/or business operations. 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.

  • Competency in PC-based networks and related software (e.g. Microsoft Office products to include Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Teams are desirable).  Experience in AI Copilot preferred.

  • Evidence of organizational skills, interpersonal skills, decision-making skills, and positive customer relations.

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.

  • Effective problem solving.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

  • Must be able to establish and maintain collaborative relationships across a broad range of people.
