This position works out of our Riyadh location in the Abbott Molecular Division.

What You’ll Work On
Responsible for overseeing the Saudi business operations, including leadership of the sales team and distribution channels. Focused on driving new business growth, expanding value, and increasing sales of products and solutions across the region through effective customer relationship management, lifecycle engagement, and enhanced customer experience.
Major Responsibilities
• Full revenue responsibility including forecasting and target performance achievement.
• Full operational and functional responsibility for the distributor management and internal team.
• Responsible to execute tender strategy, business development plan and sales plan to achieve revenue target, higher profitability, higher sin win-rates and higher share of wallet for existing customers.
• Assist Ambassadors/Sales Executives with Lead tender and contract negotiations, particularly with pricing/profitability policies.
• Act as a trusted partner and adviser as main contact to customers.
• Responsible for managing first line support and escalation through to resolution.
• Responsible for adherence to customer contractual obligations.
• Success in this role is measured by contract renewal rate, economic profitably per district, service level achievement, customer satisfactions score (NPS), and managed revenue.
• Service oriented - achieves exceptionally high levels of customer satisfaction by carefully analyzing customer requirements and overcoming all hurdles to adapting product and service delivery to those requirements.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferably in Biology or similar.
Background
• Previous experience in Diagnostics industry.
• Retaining existing business and ability to drive growth.
• Strong understanding of key stakeholders and customer dynamics.
• Strong solution selling and relationship building skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in local language and English.
• Experience in diagnostics field mainly PCR testing in Public & Private sector.
• Preferred experience with NUPCO and KOLs among Saudis.
