REQUERIMIENTOS DEL PUESTO
Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial, Empaque, Logística o Afín (Deseable)
Idioma: Inglés
Experiencia: 6 meses en Logística, Manejo de Clientes.
Conocimientos: Diseñar, desarrollar y gestionar soluciones de garantizando el flujo correcto de empaque para la cadena de suministro. Administrar disponibilidad e integridad y en cantidad suficiente en planta para mantener los procesos productivos.
Competencias Conductuales:
•Trabajo en equipo
•Comunicación efectiva
Competencias Técnicas:
•Capacidad para leer planos básicos y dibujos CAD.
•Conocimiento de los materiales utilizados para el empaque y sus propiedades.
•Conocimiento de norma ISPM y pruebas de resistencia (ISTA, etc.).
•Manejo de Portales Web de Clientes automotrices y otras industrias.
•Paquetes Office (Deseable), ERP / EDI (Deseable).
•Lean Manufacturing / WCM (Deseable).
•Conocimientos básicos de Logística y comercio Exterior (Deseable).
•Core Tools (Deseable) y MMOG/LE | ACL | LMPR(Deseable).
Principales tareas y responsabilidades:
•Diseño, desarrollo/aprobación de empaque titular/alterno y servicio.
•Diseño y desarrollo de empaque WIP.
•Cotización de proyectos en empaque: Desarrollo de prototipos, RFQs, CERFs, etc.
•Desarrollo de normas de empaque y entrenamiento.
•Gestión de la disposición de empaques obsoletos.
•Liderar acciones correctivas relacionadas con el embalaje para clientes y proveedores.
•Alimentar y revisar portales de clientes, seguimiento al empaque e inventarios.
•Revisión y emisión de reporte de inventarios diarios de Empaque
•Aseguramiento de la integridad del empaque
•Control de entradas y salidas de los contenedores retornables
•Control de Contenedores en portales de cliente, entradas, almacenamiento y salidas.
•Soporte a todas las áreas de proceso y servicio que requieran información sobre empaque
•Aprovisionamiento de Empaque para embarque de producto terminado.
•Localizar, analizar y conciliar discrepancias de inventario.
•Requerir equipo desechable de acuerdo con la aprobación previa del cliente.
•Solicitar aprobación de clientes para uso de empaque desechable
•Coordinar reparación de racks para empaques, dañados
•Retroalimentar al cliente al recibir racks en mal estado o cualquier otra discrepancia
•Administrar y registrar movimientos de racks WIP.
