Your New Role… 

 
The Manager FP&A, Content Investment - US Greenlight, will support activity across global greenlight and decision making. The role will be highly collaborative and require a broad skillset, taking into account core content finance aspects as well as a deep understanding of content performance and monetization. It will also incorporate broader aspects of finance and operations. The Manager will interact frequently with teams across all markets, business units and functions. 

 

Your Role Accountabilities… 

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential, to interact effectively and tactfully with all levels of personnel and external business partners.  

  • Strong proficiency in Excel and other financial data analysis tools and techniques. Demonstrated experience in financial, research or commercial modelling.   

  • A passion for content and knowledge of content performance KPIs will be a plus. 

  • Ability to build confidence and trust with stakeholders across different teams, BUs and geographies. 

  • Ability to balance and represent both quantitative and qualitative considerations. 

  • Be able to meet stringent deadlines and work under pressure while showing excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently with high volumes of data. 

  • Critical thinker and strong problem solver with excellent written and verbal skills. Ability to frame issues and articulate complex findings and suggest actionable solutions.  

  • Motivated by challenging, high-energy environment. Motivated by challenging, dynamic environment. Accountable and able to work independently as well as part of a team, proactively and reactively to solve unexpected issues. 

  • Strong organizational skills, Proactive, autonomous, very detailed oriented, and deadline driven.  

 

Qualifications & Experience… 

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience required. Experience in Entertainment industry is preferred, experience in a content analytics or research area is considered a plus. 

  • Experience working to build and support new processes considered a plus. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in financial, scientific or commercial subject. Masters, MBA or other post graduate studies preferred. 

  • Experience working accurately and efficiently with high volumes of data under strict deadlines. 

  • Strong working knowledge of financial software packages and Microsoft Office suite.  

  • Experience with data visualization (i.e. Power BI/Tableau) is considered a plus.
