Position Summary:

The Boudry manufacturing site is set to become the new Commercialization Launch Center of Excellence (CoE) for BMS small molecules solid dosage forms starting in 2026. This site is a pivotal part of the Global Product Supply network, supporting both development and commercial portfolios. Finance will play a crucial role in the site’s evolution, addressing financial pressures and ensuring smooth transitions. Additionally, the migration to a new ERP system in February 2025 introduced several new processes and controls. To support this transformation and following a recent organization change, we are recruiting a new Senior Manager role to oversee financial activities for the launch facility, provide strategic business partnership, and support capital investment governance and launch readiness. Reporting to the Boudry Finance Manufacturing Lead, the Senior Manager will take a leadership role across key financial cycles and site initiatives.

o   (Launch Machine, NPI, Tech Transfers, Manufacturing back-charge processes)

·       Lead and support costing activities for launch‑related operations and new SKUs

·       Monitor Site operational performance, including variances and trend analysis

·       Develop Annual Budget, projections cycle and LTFP

·       Oversee month-end closing activities, including posting MJE, accruals, and accounts reconciliations.

Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate will be an experienced and qualified accountant (7-10Y) with a strong knowledge of cost accounting in a manufacturing environment, financial analysis, accounting principles, internal controls, and business partnering. Knowledge of US GAAP principles, along with a proven ability to manage operating budgets, develop strategic plans, and anticipate emerging issues, is preferred. French speaker is a strong plus, given the site’s location and cross-functional interactions.

A key aspect of this role is to develop and maintain strong and effective working relationships with business stakeholders, both internal and external to the organization. Therefore, strong interpersonal skills are required. The successful candidate will be a key point of contact for finance-related queries and will excel in a dynamic environment.

Additionally, the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams is essential. The candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be highly organized and detail-oriented, and demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and optimization of business processes. Proficiency in computer skills, including Excel (pivot tables, lookups, etc.), is also necessary and experience with SAP is a plus.
