How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Provide a complete and transparent record of financial transactions over the life of a given financial scope. Maintain the integrity of account information needed to prepare financial statements, including a comprehensive view of assets, liabilities, owners' equity, revenues, and expenses.
INCLUDE: General Ledger / Tax / Fixed Asset / Cash accounting

• Support the invoice lifecycle and assist in the collaborative resolution of any invoice discrepancies.

• Facilitate vendor reconciliations and maintain accurate vendor data periodically to support our partnerships.

• Care for payment records and vendor files, while contributing to end-of-the-month closing activities in alignment with our shared group policies.

• Review claims with supporting documents and assist in the reconciliation process in accordance with our reimbursement guidelines.

• Uphold the quality and accuracy of accounting entries within the system and assist with internal control activities to protect our collective standards.

• Partner with Affiliates to check and validate the quality of information provided for transaction processing.

Your Background and Strengths:

• Ideally, you bring a Bachelor or technical degree in Accounting.

• We are looking for someone with around 1-3+ years of accounting experience.

• Technical Skills: You are comfortable using intermediate computer tools (MS Word, Excel, Access).

• Analytical Approach: You bring helpful analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in sharing insights from metrics and communicating effectively with all levels of the organization and our external customers.
