Job Description:


This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of large program deliverables which requires engagement across multiple organizations. Key responsibilities include communicating target outcomes, coordinating delivery, resource planning, providing visibility of program health, and managing program risks, compliance and financials. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the target outcomes, timeline, and cost and facilitating sync points between business and technology leaders and Risk and Compliance partners.

Position Summary:


Leads delivery of complex, high-impact technology programs critical to the operating model transformation within Corporate Audit and Credit Review. This role is positioned to challenge traditional approaches and ensure the organization remains focused on delivering value to customers, not just adherence to process. Operates at the intersection of Business, Product, and Technology to translate evolving needs into scalable solutions and measurable outcomes. Requires a proven operator who thrives in ambiguity, consistently delivers results, actively listens, and elevates team performance through strong collaboration and outcome-oriented execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery of large programs, such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates
  • Broadens relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations, as well as Compliance and Risk
  • Establishes target outcomes in partnership with stakeholders and leaders
  • Tracks success metrics and provides status updates to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the target outcomes, delivery, performance, risks, issues, and schedule
  • Collaborates with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements
  • Manages program financials and supports resource planning
  • Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards
  • Lead delivery of scalable cross-product solutions across Product and Technology

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years leading delivery of large-scale, multi-team technology programs with measurable outcomes
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, high-dependency initiatives in ambiguous environments
  • High level of technology fluency with ability to partner effectively with engineering teams
  • Ability to align business, product, and technology stakeholders to clear outcomes
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders without authority and resolve conflict
  • Strong executive communication skills with ability to simplify complexity and drive decisions
  • Experience defining MVPs and sequencing roadmaps to deliver incremental value
  • Drives governance that enables delivery momentum through risk visibility and rapid issue resolution
  • Experience leading operating model or process transformation at scale
  • Track record of delivering programs that change how teams operate
  • Recognized as a strong team contributor who builds trust, actively listens, and elevates team performance

  • Experience delivering in audit, risk, or regulatory-driven environments with high scrutiny
  • Background supporting large financial institutions with complex organizational structures
  • Experience leading or stabilizing challenged or off-track programs

Pay range

$125,000.00 - $165,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
