We are currently seeking a Payments Support Specialist to join our Operations team. The role focuses on our payment products and integration flows, ensuring stable production performance, smooth transaction processing and effective handling of technical issues.

The position involves close collaboration with Customer Service and internal development and QA teams, to support production stability, troubleshoot issues and maintain a reliable payment environment.

About the role

  • Troubleshoot production issues related to payment products, including integrations and protocol related problems.

  • Handle second-level support requests escalated from Customer Service and other internal teams.

  • Analyze logs and technical data to identify root causes of issues in production environments.

  • Support production operations across multiple payment products and communication protocols.

  • Assist integrators and customers during production issues, go-lives, and troubleshooting activities.

  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to resolve issues efficiently and escalate complex cases when required.

  • Identify recurring issues and contribute to operational improvements and knowledge sharing.

  • Document issues, solutions, and technical findings to support internal knowledge base and team onboarding.

About you

  • University Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field

  • 2-4 Previous experience in in technical support, operations or a similar role

  • Good understanding of production environments and issue handling

  • Ability to analyse technical issues, logs and system behaviour to support troubleshooting and issue resolution

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Customer Service, Operations, and Tech teams

  • Familiarity with working in environments involving multiple systems, integrations or protocols

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
