Duties and Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain good relationship with customer by:
-    Receive and respond to customer complaints, aiming to resolve the issue at the earliest
-     Analyze complaints to understand the root cause and identify trends or recurring problems
-     Communicate with other departments to resolve complaints, ensuring a consistent and fair approach 
Job Requirements:
-At least 01-year experience related in: Customer Service, Call Center.
-Excellent & clear communication skill.
-       Proven experience as a Complaints Manager or similar customer service role
-        Strong problem-solving abilities
-        Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations
-Working experience in the medical industry is an advantage.
- English communication skill.
-Flexible with work schedules/shifts and work arrangements.
-Customer Service mindset.
